Miccolo is a small contracting firm specializing in residential renovations in the east bay.  Our passion is offering our clients a level of attention and understanding of their needs that is exceptional.  We are highly skilled in solving the unique problems associated with remodeling and additions for existing homes.  The majority of our contracts are in Berkeley, Oakland, Albany, Alameda, Kensington and El Cerrito but we occasionally work in San Francisco and Contra Costa Counties.  We try to work as locally as possible for both our own quality of life as well as our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint. Our sub contractors and suppliers are also all local.  

Our primary goal is to assist clients in building the project they want with the client staying in complete control of their budget.  To accomplish this we engage our clients in a detailed project and cost planning process.  When you hire a small contractor you get very personal attention.  We mostly build one job at a time so when you hire Miccolo you have our full attention.  We are a fully licensed and insured contracting firm.  You will get great value and we will assist you in designing a project that you can afford to build.
